 An Aust Gov't COVID vaccination certificate is required to join us in person
Come for the workout, grab a coffee with your new mates afterwards
We train every Tuesday and Thursday mornings at 6am and Friday mornings at 6:30am. This is a 30 minute fast-paced Train With The Trainer* session.

Training with a conscious 
Our New Year's Resolution for 2022 is to donate one person's fees per round to an Australian charity of the group's choosing.  It's not a big thing, but all the little things add up.  Of course, we welcome you to get involved in your favourite charity too.

We are still training with Matt even though we moved back to Aotearoa NZ from Sydney when COVID hit. We train twice a week via Zoom and Matt has kept the sessions interesting and varied, even though we have limited space to work in and for the most part, no gear. So instead we have used blocks of firewood, bags of compost and cans of beans on occasions. Lots of fun!
