Each session is designed to be a full body workout, be fun and cater to your level of fitness. We can scale exercises up or down, depending on your need.

Training with a conscious
Our New Year's Resolution for 2022 is to donate one person's fees per round to an Australian charity of the group's choosing. It's not a big thing, but all the little things add up. Of course, we welcome you to get involved in your favourite charity too.
