I love this group. Such great people and Matt is an awesome trainer. Everyone is very welcoming, it's hard work but fun. Matt varies the exercises for a consistent full body workout, and provides alternatives according to individual requirements. After bootcamp I'm in a great mood for the rest of the day. We are still training with Matt even though we moved back to Aotearoa NZ from Sydney when COVID hit. We train twice a week via Zoom and Matt has kept the sessions interesting and varied, even though we have limited space to work in and for the most part, no gear. So instead we have used blocks of firewood, bags of compost and cans of beans on occasions. Lots of fun!
