1. What is Pride Fitness? Pride Fitness is a community-focused, outdoor boot camp-style fitness program based in Sydney’s Inner West and Canberra's Inner North. It’s designed to be inclusive and fun, providing adaptable workouts and a supportive social environment. 
2. How long is each program/session? 50-60 minutes 
3. Is everyone welcome, regardless of fitness level? Absolutely! Sessions are designed to be scalable and welcoming to all fitness abilities, with modifications available to make the workouts inclusive and safe.
4. What happens if I miss a session? If you have a membership pack in CBR, simply cancel your booking prior to the class cut-off and you won't be charged for the session. In Sydney, we run 5 week blocks and encourage you to attend all sessions, missed sessions are non-refundable and cannot be carried into the next round.
5. What about weather? Sessions are held outdoors in most weather conditions. Only in extreme circumstances—determined by Pride Fitness—are sessions postponed.
6. What should I bring? bring a towel, mat & water bottle. Wear comfortable clothes. 
7. Do you organise social events? Yes! Beyond workouts, Pride Fitness fosters community connection through post-session coffees, WhatsApp groups, and social gatherings. We encourage you to suggest or organise an activity if you feel you want to.
8. Why am I sore a few days later? That's called DOMS - delayed onset muscle soreness. It's your body reminding you that you've worked it and its responding. Enjoy that feeling!
