We take our responsibility of ensuring the health and safety of our fitness community seriously and are taking a safety-first approach to training. This involves you bringing your own mat to sessions and ensuring hand sanitiser is available at all times. All equipment is disinfected after every session.
Let's start by saying if you have any symptoms or generally feel unwell - GET TESTED.
Exercise is a very important part of mental health, and in this environment of heightened stress, we encourage you to continue your exercise routines. Where safe, take a walk, go for a run or try online yoga. We follow NSW Health advice regarding gatherings and social distancing.
