With the help of your personal trainer, you greatly improve your ability to accomplish your training goals faster, safer, and with maximum benefits. The education you will learn during these training sessions can be used for a lifetime.
In order to maximise progress, it will be necessary for you to participate fully and to follow program guidelines during supervised and, if applicable, unsupervised training days. Remember, exercise and healthy eating are EQUALLY important!

PERSONAL TRAINING TERMS & CONDITIONS:
- Personal Training sessions are outdoors and run regardless of weather, except in cases of extreme weather events in which case you will be notified by Pride Fitness prior to the commencement of the session.
- In the event of postponement, an alternate session will be arranged at a date mutually agreeable to parties.
- For individual personal training clients, 24 hours notice is required for cancellations. Failure to cancel with minimum 24 hours notice will result in the payment of 50% session fees.
- Failure to attend a boot camp session will result in the forfeiting of the value of that session. No additional or alternate session will be offered.
- You acknowledge that at times photography may be taken for purposes of advertising, promotion or general display. Full details are provided in the general waiver.
