TERMS AND CONDITIONS 5TH BIRTHDAY PROMOTION
This competition is not run by, administered by or in any way connected to Facebook.
Prize:
The prize is two (2) terms of fitness training run by Pride Fitness Sydney and a fitness welcome pack consisting of a water bottle and training t-shirt. Each term consists of five weeks of training, Tuesday and Thursday mornings, 6am at Petersham Park. Prize does not include travel, accommodation or any other inclusions.
Prize starts on October 10th, 2023 and is deemed finished on December 21st 2023. Winners must adhere to the Pride Fitness Terms and Conditions and no make-up sessions will be offered if you miss a session for any reason.
There are two prizes to be won, valued at $402 each.
Two (2) minor prizes will be awarded, of a t-shirt and water bottle. Prize valued at $42.00 each.

How To Enter:
To enter the competition an entrant must like the Pride Fitness facebook page or follow us on Instagram and complete the competition form at www.pridefit.com.au during the competition period. Entrants must be following the page at the time of the competition being drawn.

The Competition opens at 9am on 19/08/23 and closes at midnight on 02/10/23.
A random draw of all successful entrants will take place on 3rd October 2023. The winners will be notified by email and on the Pride Fitness Facebook page on the same day. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 7 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner.

- Entrants acknowledge the prize is as listed in these Terms and does not include transportation, accommodation or anything beyond those listed in “Prize”.

- No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
- Prize is subject to the winners completing a pre-exercise screening form supplied by Pride Fitness and medical clearance if requested.
- Prize dates are fixed and cannot be changed.
- No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. The prizes are not transferable.
- The Promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
- Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the Promoter.
- Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
- The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the Promoter’s control.
- The winner will be notified by email within 2 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 7 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
- The Promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected.
- The Promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating their acceptance and agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
- The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by Australian law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
- The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current Australian data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party.
- The winner’s name will be published on our website.
- This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram or any other Social Network. You are providing your information to the Promoter and not to any other party.
