Pride Fitness Winter Training Giveaway — Terms & Conditions

1. Competition Details
1.1 The promotion is the Pride Fitness Winter Training Giveaway (the "Competition").
1.2 The Competition runs from 04 May 2026 at 8:00am AEST to 17 May 2026 at 11:59pm AEST (the "Promotion Period").
1.3 The Competition is open to residents of Sydney’s Inner West and the Australian Capital Territory aged 18 years or older.
1.4 Employees of Pride Fitness and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
2. How to Enter
2.1 To be eligible, entrants must follow the relevant Pride Fitness account on Instagram (@pridefit.syd OR @pridefit.cbr) and/or like the relevant Pride Fitness Facebook page during the Promotion Period.
2.2 Additional entries are accumulated based on the following actions, each of which must be completed during the Promotion Period:
Follow Pride Fitness Sydney and/or Canberra on Instagram: one entry
Like a Pride Fitness post on Instagram : one entry
Share a Pride Fitness story and tag us on Instagram : two entries
Tag a friend in a Pride Fitness Instagram post: two entries per friend tagged
Attend a free boot camp trial in Sydney or Canberra: five entries
2.3 Tagging multiple friends in a single post will result in only 2 entries regardless of the number of friends tagged. Each friend must be tagged in a separate post to earn 2 entries per friend.
2.4 Tagged friends must be real individuals with genuine accounts. Fake, bot, or duplicate accounts will be disqualified.
2.5 Boot camp trial attendance must occur at a Pride Fitness location in Sydney or Canberra during the Promotion Period. Entrants must register in advance at pridefit.com.au
2.6 There is no limit on the number of entries a person may accumulate, except where otherwise stated in clause 2.3.
3. Prize
3.1 There is one (1) prize available for Pride Fitness Sydney and two (2) prizes available for Pride Fitness Canberra, consisting of:
3.3 Pride Fitness reserves the right to withdraw the prize if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for any reason.
3.4 The prize must be claimed by June 10, 2026. Failure to claim within this period will result in the prize being forfeited.
4. Winner Selection
4.1 The winner will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
4.2 The draw will take place on 19 May 2026 at 9:00am AEST at Ngunnawal ACT.
4.3 The winner will be notified by direct message via Instagram and/or Facebook, and by email if provided, within 3 business days of the draw.
4.4 The winner's name will be published on the Pride Fitness Instagram and Facebook pages within 5 business days of the draw.
4.5 If a winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 14 days of notification, Pride Fitness reserves the right to conduct a redraw.
5. Eligibility and Disqualification
5.1 Pride Fitness reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entrants and to disqualify any entrant who:

6.1 By entering, entrants consent to Pride Fitness collecting and using their personal information for the purposes of administering the Competition and, where consent is given, for limited marketing communications.
6.2 Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

7.1 This Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta Platforms, Inc., Instagram, or Facebook.
7.2 By participating, entrants release Instagram and Facebook from any liability in connection with this Competition.
7.3 All competition-related enquiries should be directed to Pride Fitness, not to Instagram or Facebook.
8. General
8.1 Pride Fitness reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Competition at any time due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, subject to any applicable laws.
8.2 These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Australian Capital Territory. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state.
8.3 The Competition and these Terms & Conditions are subject to all applicable Australian laws and regulations, including the Australian Consumer Law.
8.4 By entering the Competition, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
