Five weeks of functional fitness; twice weekly. Train Tuesdays & Thursdays at 6am online or in-person with a small group of fun and friendly people.

We train every Tuesday & Thursday mornings at 6am.  You can train at home via zoom, or you can join us in our studio in Leichhardt (we train in Petersham Park in warmer months).  All workouts suit all levels of fitness, and can be done from home or in person.  Social distancing is always practiced and we're currently minimising equipment used.  You'll be surprised and delighted with just how hard you can work with body weight only!

We run 10 sessions over five weeks, it's your responsibility to ensure attendance.  Failure to attend a session will result in forfeiting that session.  no make-up session or refunds will be offered.
