SOME SIMPLE TIPS TO TRAIN SAFELY FROM HOME
Make sure you have enough space ​around you and above you, with no trip hazards.
Listen to the instructor & make sure you understand the moves before we begin. 
​Protect your form as you fatigue.
Avoid training near stairs, obstacles or rugs that can make you slip.
Use a gym mat not a towel on wooden floors.
Star jumps, leaps & burpees require space above you as well as around you. 
(burpees where you punch out the ceiling light don't count)
