Ever competed with your friends to see who does the most steps in a day?
If so, you may have already been into fitness gamification without knowing it!

Turning your fitness routines into a game adds motivation, increases your engagement and makes working out fun - as it should be.  It can be as simple as trying to beat your non-stop push-up count​, or bettering the amount of squats you can do in one minute.  

Or it could involve ping pong balls.

At Pride Fitness, we strive to make exercise fun and by introducing games into our sessions, we've found you'll naturally push yourself to go harder, faster and get stronger.  And those ping pong balls are a favourite.  Someone from the team runs to grab a ball.  Everyone then has to do the exercise printed on it until the next person comes back from their run to collect the next ball.

Sounds easy.  Sounds fun.
