We're thrilled that PF_CBR and our legends have survived our first  winter and we're loving that Canberra is finally starting to warm up. The days are stretching longer, the mornings are a little brighter, and you can actually step outside without five layers on.  It's time to push yourself out of hibernation and remember how good it feels to move.

Maybe you’ve been meaning to get back into a routine, or perhaps you’re looking to try something new — spring is the perfect reset button. Exercise feels less like a chore when the sun’s out and the air’s fresh, and it’s a great way to shake off the winter sluggishness. There's FrontRunners and QueerRunners and PinkTennis and a whole world of options out there. This would be the time to mention our signature Boot Camp at Reid Oval! Whatever you do, now’s the moment to start building momentum. You don’t have to go hard — just go. Canberra’s got the paths, parks and facilities - it's the perfect backdrop.

So here’s your friendly reminder: grab your runners, find a buddy, and make the most of the sunshine. Spring doesn’t just bring flowers — it brings energy.
