is a five week ​commitment, twice weekly.

WHAT IS BOOT CAMP?

We wanted to find a place where they really push you, leaving you a sweaty mess on the floor at the end - full of endorphins and that feeling that life is amazing.  All whilst creating a safe and friendly environment, where they don't yell at you!  When we couldn't find it, we built it!

Our boot camp sessions are high-intensity group workouts that we magic into a fun combo of cardio, strength training, and agility.  We aim to bring the fun into fitness with creative circuits designed to push you hard.  Each session is totally scalable to suit you and with your supportive fitness community standing by you, we think you'll love it.  The workouts are fast-paced, dynamic, and focus on building strength, endurance, and mental toughness.


Each session is designed to be a full body workout, be fun and cater to your level of fitness. We can scale exercises up or down, depending on your need. More info on our FAQ Page, or contact us with a question.

We train every Tuesday and Thursday at 6am with the Sydney crew doing the Bay Run every Friday. 

In Canberra, we train Wednesdays and Fridays and recommend FrontRunners for a Saturday morning run.

Ten group fitness sessions and a fitness community for just $200. No contracts, no lock-in periods.

FULL TERMS & CONDITIONS
Training with a conscious 
We donate one person's fees per round to an Australian charity of the group's choosing.  It's not a big thing, but all the little things add up.  Of course, we welcome you to get involved in your favourite charity too.  Check out our chosen charities so far on our charity wall.

We are still training with Matt even though we moved back to Aotearoa NZ from Sydney when COVID hit. We train twice a week via Zoom and Matt has kept the sessions interesting and varied, even though we have limited space to work in and for the most part, no gear. So instead we have used blocks of firewood, bags of compost and cans of beans on occasions. Lots of fun!
