Pride Runners - friendly, fun & free!

We run the inner west's favourite run - The Bay Run - every Friday morning from 615am. We meet opposite Montage function centre for a  615am start.
You can run the whole bay, turn at the bridge, do a 5k or walk & chat - the important part is getting moving - and joining for a coffee at 7am!
